1. Definitions
"The Service" - The TradeBook trading journal platform, including the website, application and all related services.
"The User" - Any person who registers for the Service or uses it.
"The Company" - TradeBook, the operator of the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the Service, the User agrees to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service.
3. Service Description
TradeBook provides a tool for documenting and analyzing trading transactions. The Service includes:
- Digital trading journal
- Performance analysis and reports
- Visual calendar
- Strategy management
- Additional tools (daily journal, checklist, notebook)
4. Registration and Account
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
- The Service is offered in two subscription plans: Starter and Pro.
- Payment is collected in advance for the subscription period (monthly or annual).
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are provided for periods already paid for.
6. Permitted Use
The User agrees to:
- Not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Not attempt to hack, copy or disrupt the Service.
- Not share their account with others.
- Not upload offensive, harmful or illegal content.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service, including design, code, logo and content, belong to TradeBook. The User retains ownership of the data they enter into the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without any warranty.
- TradeBook is not responsible for any financial loss arising from trading decisions.
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure Service availability but there is no guarantee of continuous availability.
9. Changes to Terms
TradeBook reserves the right to update these terms. Material changes will be published on the website and via email.
